Yoga 30 min. neck and back




Yoga for upper body neck and shoulders.

Notes
When in the postures breath naturally.
Pay attention to the stress areas in your muscles.
Let go the pain...breath.
Don't over stretch and create more tension.
Relax your mind.
Sit quietly and meditate for some time after the asanas or lay on your back and focus on your breath.
